Our RCM and enrollment teams have been working together to enroll practices in Electronic Remittance Advices to improve your cash flow and customer service. If you aren’t already signed up, keep an eye out for an email with the appropriate enrollment forms and instructions. We’re looking forward to working with you!
In March, the RCM team launched an upgraded analytics platform to enhance reporting and provide deeper insights and visibility into your data. Implementation ran from March through June, and we are excited to have a pilot customer who’s currently receiving a monthly reporting package. We will continue the rollout through Q3.
