Kelly recently joined the Echo Group. Previously she has developed and implemented data science approaches, research, and innovative technology to improve services, programs, and outcomes for clients. Her research team partners with the University of Texas at Austin and other child welfare experts across the country and internationally, and applies predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to large, complex datasets. She has been a published author in child welfare for over 25 years. Throughout her career, she has partnered with a variety of social services agencies to translate research findings into pragmatic solutions for agencies to improve client services and extend best practices. At Echo, Kelly will focus on various data projects. She will work with development in review of clinical functionality within EchoVantage, using her extensive clinical knowledge to enhance product, dashboards, and provide clinical leadership.
