Implementation Features

When you purchase an Echo product, you are not just buying a piece of software, you are engaging in a partnership.
Consistent Methodology for Success

We have developed a project methodology designed to be successful while being respectful of the specific needs of each partner.

Focus on Continuous Improvement

We integrate what we learn into our projects and our products to continuously improve our quality and how we respond to an ever-changing industry.

Schedule Management

Your Echo Project Manager can help you configure and manage everything related to scheduling, as well as billing, development, and more.

We Learn About You

All Implementations at The Echo Group begin with a five day on-site Project Planning and Configuration Workshop (PPW) to learn about your structure, workflow, and goals.

Focus on SMART Objectives

SMART objectives - specific, measurable, attainable, and time-bound - are tracked to determine if the project is on the path to success.

Ongoing Support

We will be there for your go-live, and once the application is active, you will meet the technical support team responsible for ongoing support.

An implementation process designed for success.

We understand the importance of the decision you have made, and we know that a reliable implementation provides the best opportunity for success and acceptance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Echo will develop a comprehensive work plan that includes the activities required to complete your implementation and determine your go-live date successfully. A typical implementation time frame is 3-6 months.
Our definition of go-live is when an agency begins using EchoVantage as its production EHR. Thirty days before the scheduled go-live, we will work with the project team to complete a go-live Readiness Assessment to ensure that everyone is comfortable that the agency is ready to go-live.
During the Project Planning Workshop, we can discuss your preference for online vs. on-site. We can provide both options as requested. As an example, system administrator training may be on-site, but user training is online.
