Bas is a seasoned, results-driven financial executive with more than 27 years of extensive experience in the technology industry, where he has delivered results for several high-growth companies, including a $1b+ strategic sale and successful IPO.

He joins Therapy Brands from Allego, where he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, leading the finance and accounting function. Before Allego, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Clarabridge, a leading provider of AI-driven conversational analytics and experience management. Prior to Clarabridge, he held numerous roles, including Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis for Vocus, a leading provider of cloud-based marketing software.

Bas holds a BBA in General Management from Nyenrode Business University and an MBA in Finance from Emory University, Goizueta Business School.

He lives in Fairfax, Virginia. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, golf, and watching Formula 1.
