Meet Therapy Brands’ Senior Leadership Team

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Kimberly O’Loughlin

Kimberly took the helm of Therapy Brands in February 2020, bringing with her experience in driving growth, innovation and profitability in global healthcare businesses. Respected in the industry as a leader in the healthcare technology space, she was named one of the top three women executives in Healthcare IT by Modern Healthcare in 2019 and named one of the top Ten Most Influential Women in Technology by Analytics Insight in 2020. 

Prior to joining Therapy Brands, Kimberly served as President of Greenway Health, a healthcare IT and services company serving the ambulatory market. She helped her team earn two backtoback Best in Category KLAS awards for Revenue Cycle Management and a Best in KLAS Most Improved the Ambulatory EHR category.  

Before Greenway, Kimberly ran two global businesses for Philips. She brought innovative, connected monitoring solutions across settings to the ICU, general ward, long-term and postacute care, cardiology, women’s and home health markets. There, her team won awards for innovation, product design and quality. Prior to joining Philips, Kimberly held senior leadership positions in the telecommunications, financial services and insurance industries. She served on the board of Lightbeam Health Solutions, Inc. and was Chairman of the Board of an international joint venture at Vonage. 

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University, and a Master’s degree in applied psychology from Steven’s Institute of Technology. She served as class president at Princeton and currently serves on the Alumni Schools Committee and John MacLean Society. She also volunteers at Habitat for Humanity and the local YMCA program providing academic support for disadvantaged children. 

Kimberly lives in New Jersey with her husband, Jerry. They have three children — Lindsey, Olivia and Dillon — and are almost empty nesters. They enjoy sports and the outdoors including lacrosse, skiing, hiking, the beach, car racing and football. 

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Jen Wolfe

Jen is responsible for quality, compliance, regulatory, legal affairs and M&A program management. 

Jen has over 20 years’ experience working in various management consulting, operational and transformational roles.   She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and meaningfully connecting the cross functional dots to ensure optimal outcomes while building and cultivating a culture where team members are valued and engaged.  

Prior to Therapy Brands, Jen worked for 14 years at Advance Publications (CondesNast), a privately held media company owned by the Newhouse family.  She was a core member of the leadership team that created a shared services company supporting 26 subsidiaries and was a key leader in strategic transformational initiatives for the Board of Directors.  Prior to that, she worked at DoubleClick and Booz Allen & Hamilton. 

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Kenyon College and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School with an emphasis in Operations. Jen lives in Homewood, Alabama with her husband and two children.  In her free time, she volunteers as an advocate at Birmingham’s Rape Crisis Center and enjoys international travel and spending quality time with family. 

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Jonathan Blackburn

Jonathan is a proven executive with 20+ years creating record breaking, high-performing sales and marketing teams in technology-based businesses. 

At Therapy Brands, Jonathan is responsible for all aspects of revenue growth and business development; delivering powerful solutions that result in substantial gains in market share, company performance, and impactful outcomes for customers. He provides leadership in creating new distribution channels, developing new products, building brand awareness and customers in new markets, and driving sales execution.   

Prior to Therapy Brands, Jonathan served as the Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager at Daxko, a software company providing SaaS-based ERP, CRM, and payment solutions to member health and wellness operators. In addition, he spent nearly a decade as VP of sales for the Major Accounts Division at ADP, a global human resources management software leader.   

Jonathan went to Lee University where he studied psychology. Currently, he lives in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife and three children, where they love to travel in their free time. Fun fact about Jonathan is he was in a traveling choir and sang in a barbershop quartet.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Gavin Poole

Gavin is responsible for all financial aspects of Therapy Brands including accounting, financial operations, planning and analysis, and tax and treasury. Prior to his role at Therapy Brands, he spent 15 years at healthcare solutions provider, Henry Schein, in various financial leadership positions including several Global portfolio CFO roles. Gavin began his career at Deloitte where he spent five years in audit, specializing in Entrepreneurial Services as well as corporate finance advisory.

Gavin holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with majors in accounting and information systems, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in accounting, finance, taxation and auditing from University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is also a registered accountant with the Institutes of Chartered Accountants in England, Wales and South Africa.

He has served in many community volunteer positions including as Treasurer of the Greater Birmingham Youth Lacrosse Association, Treasurer of Miracle Corners of the World, and President of Vulcan Triathletes, Inc.

Gavin lives in Birmingham with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys running, mountain biking, hiking and brewing, and often participates in triathlons. He has run on every continent except Antarctica (but that’s next!)

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

James Hughes

James is an experienced technology executive with more than 10 years of successful leadership experience producing results for publicly traded and private technology companies. A proven strategic leader, he has added significant value to the organization through the development, execution and operations of mission critical technology strategy and business plans. James is responsible for product management, software engineering, quality assurance, information technology, development operations, security, mergers and acquisitions and innovation at Therapy Brands.

Prior to Therapy Brands, James spent 13 years at digital legal services provider Epiq in various technology roles of increasing responsibility. James began his career as a software developer for Datasystem Solutions and Creative Healthcare Systems.

James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems from Missouri State University. He lives in Kansas City, with his wife, two children and dog, Truman. In his free time, he enjoys sports, the outdoors, travel and home distilling.
