We give all of our folks four days a year to donate their time to any charity that they are passionate about.
Our team believes in giving back to the communities where they live and work, and beyond. This year, they gave their time and financial contributions to support those needing assistance, whether at a local, national, or international level.
We sponsored The Children’s Therapy Center of the Quad Cities’ annual Charity auction. We were very happy to support this Fusion customer—with a 73-year legacy of helping others. They provide life-altering physical, occupational, speech, and feeding therapy to children with developmental disabilities and delays throughout eastern Iowa and western Illinois, regardless of a family’s ability to pay for needed services.
A team of Birmingham employees volunteered at First Light Shelter, to serve lunch.
A company-wide campaign was launched to help Ukrainian citizens. We matched employee contributions, donating more than $5,000 to the International Medical Corps, an organization delivering emergency medical and related services to those affected by conflict, disaster, and disease, wherever they are, whatever the conditions.
Our People Operations team partnered with The Birmingham Promise in Alabama to hire an intern from a local high school to learn about our company and the solutions that we provide. She met many team members, learned about the value of the human resources department, and made great connections to some of our BCBAs and therapists. We’re excited that she is considering a future in social work!
Collectively, our employees contributed almost $7000 to The United Way last year, through both payroll deductions and one-time donations. We couldn’t be prouder.
