Streamline the DDS form process

WebABA allows DDS forms to be completed electronically or manually.

• Parents can e-sign the DDS form on any mobile device after each therapy session (Captures a unique signature after every session)
• Easily print DDS forms for all the services rendered and e-signed by the parent(s) of the client

*If an agency does not want to use WebABA’s e-signature feature the system can also generate DDS forms for all the services rendered at months end. The parent(s) can then manually sign these printed DDS forms.
